Shakil B Tadavi

Corporate Instructional Designer and L & D Consultant

Hello! I’m Shakil Tadavi, and my journey into the world of instructional design began with a robust foundation in mechanical engineering. After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I gained valuable experience in the steel structure industry before transitioning into academia. I served as an assistant professor and later as the head of the Mechanical Engineering department, where I honed my skills in educational leadership and curriculum development.

Driven by this passion, I started my career in instructional design, where I honed my skills in designing and developing innovative learning solutions. Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including educational institutions, corporate organizations, and non-profits, helping them to create engaging and effective learning programs.

Currently, I specialize as a corporate instructional designer with a unique expertise in eLearning solutions and SAP ERP training, using SAP Enable Now to develop technical courses tailored for leading corporate clients. My background in mechanical engineering enriches my approach, allowing me to merge technical proficiency with innovative instructional design strategies. I am dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that empower learners and drive organizational success.
